Order Placement

Order Placement is an initial stage of the transportation process. In this stage, our freight broker agent will take all the necessary information about your load, including delivery addresses, contact information, dimesons, type of freight and weight, etc. The Freight Broker Agent will then call a carrier to schedule your load according to the provided information.

Load Scheduling.

After order placement, the Freight Broker Agent will place your load in our TMS (Transportation Management System) for Load Scheduling.

Loading

Freight loading is one of the significant stages of the transportation process. Our Freight Broker Agents will complete this stage for you under their supervision according to modern standards.

Transportation

While your freight is in the transportation process, you can manage and track it through our TMS. You will be regularly updated during the transportation process.

Unloading

During the unloading process of your freight, our Freight Broker Agents will ensure that the consignee has signed the bill of lading. After the completion of the unloading process and necessary paperwork, our freight broker agent will provide you the invoices.
